When you are a guest in our home, you are dealing directly with the owner. You do not have a middleman or a management company to deal with. We do not charge any booking fees.
Season 2025:
One thing that I know for sure at the beach; it’s all about location, location, location! The beach season is a busy season! We are only a short walk to the beach, 200 yards. Even with a golf cart, you may find yourself not able to park at the beach front. Our home is close enough to walk back-and-forth throughout the day if you can’t find a parking spot. Right next to this house is our other home, Corner House 1173.
We are verified homeowner through Ocean Lakes and a verified Facebook business. To ensure your security and ours we accept bank checks, money, orders, and personal checks only. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards. Before a contract is sent to you we must speak to you on the phone. No exceptions!
Main Level:
Step into our home and enjoy the open concept feeling. Once you enter the kitchen, you can see why families love this spot- it is open to the large family room. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to cook your favorite meals. Ample seating for all your guests at the bistro table with stools, a kitchen table with chairs, and stool seating at the countertop. This home has both a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig, along with a large griddle, perfect for making those delicious pancakes on!
Enjoy seeing the 52” flatscreen TV from any part of the lower level. It has expanded cable and Wi-Fi boosters. Two doors on the lower level open up to the HUGE 20’ x 40’ deck. Half of the deck is covered, giving nice shade. On this level also is a private master bedroom and bath. The master bath has a jetted whirlpool bath tub with a separate stall shower. All bedrooms in the house have 32” flat screen TVs.
This level also has a half bath off the living room and a full size laundry room. A washer, dryer, ironing board and iron is provided for you.
Upper Level:
On this level you will find 4 bedrooms and an open spacious hallway and wood floors throughout. Three bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two full beds. There are 32” flatscreen TVs in all of the bedrooms.
The large main bathroom on this level has a soaking tub and a separate stall shower. The second full upstairs bath has a tub/shower combination. Two upper bedrooms have doors that lead out to the balcony deck.
Outside Lower Level:
We love what we added last year- two 9 x 12 outdoor rugs. This level of the deck has a large glass table with seating for 8, a large picnic table, two chaise lounges, a kiddie picnic table and two Adirondack chairs.
Outside Upper Level:
This 10‘ x 20‘ fully covered balcony deck is really great for a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the fireworks at night. This has 2 chairs and a table on one side and a high top bistro table with 4 stools on the other. This balcony deck is accessible through two bedroom doors on the upper level.
Vehicle Parking:
You’ll love our HUGE full pull-through driveway. This home is on a large lot which allows for a very spacious area below the house.
Golf Cart Driveway:
No need to shuffle around your vehicles just to get your carts out or to charge them. Each of our homes have a separate golf cart driveway for your carts with its own outlets for easy charging.
We have a large storage area for beach toys/chairs, etc. under the stairway.
Deposit:
Reservation Deposit is $1000 and is due upon reserving the week.
Refundable security/damage deposit is $500. The full balance, along with the security/damage deposit is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
No, smoking/vaping/juuling/candles/personal grills. We do not rent to high school or college age and/or for senior weeks or spring break. No groups, events, or for the purpose of a party, wedding, etc., or biker weeks. Motorcycles are not allowed on Ocean Lakes roads and must be parked in the overflow parking spot .
