POUND 🥁💚Q&A time!!

Q: When does Pound start?
A: Monday October 2nd is our first class.

Q: What days/times?
A: Mondays & Thursdays at 530pm

Q: Where will classes be?
A: First Baptist Church Recreational Outreach Building (big metal building beside the church)
203 E Parker Hamburg

Q: How much?
A: $5/class or you can get a deal & pay for the entire 6wk session upfront for $50 (2 free classes!)

Q: How can I pay?
A: You can pay online (PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, FB pay), or pay cash at the door

Q: Do I need to buy drumsticks?
A: That is up to you, I will have some to share but the number is limited & first come first serve

Q: How much are drumsticks?
A: $20 & I need to know if you want some asap so I can order more if needed.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: A yoga mat if you have one (we do have some to share but first come first serve), comfy clothes & shoes, although this workout can be done barefoot so shoes are up to you!

Q: Can anyone do it?
A: Yes! This can be done even in a chair for those that have mobility issues. There are options standing as well (ex for those that can bend to the ground, bad knees, etc)

Thursday night Aqua Zumba class (since storms messed up up Tuesday AGAIN 😩😓) 630pm at Crossett City Pool!

Unfortunately this means no Hamburg Zumba cardio dance/toning class Thursday, BUT we will have that class Monday night! If you haven’t started it yet, come join us!!!

🇺🇸Tuesday is July 4th 🇺🇸
So that Aqua class will also be changed & moved to Thursday July 6th!
