I’m gonna be honest … a lot of times, theme park snacks aren’t that great. You see something get hyped up and you try it and it’s not good. How disappointing is that?

I could not wait to try the Gingy Gingerbread cookie from Swamp Snacks inside of DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios Florida yesterday. I had watched a video about cookies at Universal Orlando and this one was the most one I was most excited about.

It lived up to the hype! 👏 👏

This was probably the best gingerbread cookie I have ever had. It was soft, it had the best gingerbread flavor and the icing was just enough. The best part? It was only $6.99 for a huge cookie!

One last Universal Orlando breakfast…

Amatista Cookhouse is located on the first floor of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando and offers a hot buffet or a plated breakfast. Both options are great! ✅

They also are open for lunch and dinner and feature Caribbean-inspired cuisine prepared in an exhibition kitchen. From empanadas and salads to flatbreads and burgers, there’s a dish here to satisfy every islander's appetite.

Our schedule tonight allowed for us to dine wherever we wanted, so we headed to one of our favorite spots at CityWalk - Bigfire American Fare.

As usual, it didn’t disappoint - the filet was cooked to perfection and the side I chose was delicious! Give the Loaded Fingerling Potatoes a try the next time you visit!
