Hello from Frogmore Plantation and Gins! Summer is almost here. Beginning Monday, June 3, 2024, until August 30, 2024, Frogmore Plantation will be open for tours Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 1:00pm. We ask that you arrive by 11:30am to have enough time to complete your tour before closing.

Hello! Beginning Friday, September 1, 2023, we will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 3:00pm. We will also be open Monday, September 4th(Labor Day)from 9:00am until 3:00pm for tours. Please arrive by 1:30pm to have enough time to complete the tour before closing. We have cotton in the fields for picking, so come by enjoy a tour and try your hand at picking cotton.
If you plan to visit later in September or early October, we will be open on Saturdays between September 15th and October 15th from 10:00am until 3:00pm. Again, we ask that you arrive by 1:30pm.

Our cotton fields are full of white and pink flowers, bolls of all sizes and now even some cotton. It is going to get better and better every day.

Come see for yourself. We would love for you to visit the plantation and get "up close and personal" with the cotton fields.

Good afternoon from Frogmore Cotton Plantation and Gins! The weather is heating up, families are taking last minute "vacations", kids are getting ready to go back to school and the cotton will be opening soon. The fields are beautiful right now with the white and pink flowers blooming and the bolls are getting bigger every day.
The Plantation is open for tours Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 1:00pm with the last tour starting at 11:30am. Please come visit Frogmore and explore the original buildings on property including an 1884 Steam Engine Gin. See how colorful the cotton fields are and maybe even pick a little cotton.

John Deere executives from around the globe visited us to see our historical site and learn about how our modern gin, Tanner & Co., is utilizing RFID technology and data from the newer John Deere baler cotton harvesters.

It's picking and ginning season at Frogmore Cotton Plantation & Gins! We are open for tours, Monday through Friday, from 9-3, now through November 30. We are also open Saturdays from 10-3, now through October 15. It is a beautiful time of year to visit the plantation, watch the harvest, and observe the modern day gin in full operation. We look forward to your visit!

Just a quick reminder that from September 17th through October 15th the Plantation will be open Saturdays from 10:00am until 3:00pm and we ask that you arrive before 1:30pm to have enough time to complete your tour. We have cotton in the fields for picking and very soon you will be able to watch them harvest the cotton, so gather up the family and friends to come visit Frogmore Cotton Plantation and Gins.

Good morning from Frogmore Plantation and Gins. Spring is almost here and beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, 3/1/2022, we will be open Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Tours begin upon arrival and take approximately one hour and forty-five minutes to complete, so we ask that you arrive before 1:30pm to have sufficient time to complete your tour before closing. We still have some cotton in the field to pick, but only for the next couple of weeks.
