My Uncle Bob was a wonderful person who touched a lot of lives with his kindness and creativity. He used to make beautiful Christmas wreaths and decorations, which he gave as gifts to family and friends. At a young age he began battling HIV and an aggressive form of Lymphoma. When he could no longer work, he began making and selling his creations for every holiday. He passed away 5 years ago at th
e age of 38. Through his 10 year battle, he had a life partner that never left his side. Eight months after Bob passed, he was joined in heaven by the love of his life, whom also died of cancer. His creations were so beautiful and brought so much joy that I decided to try my hand at making a few. I get much of my inspiration from his talent and the few items I am able to admire myself. I have to add, my creations generally have a little more glitter than his do :)
His strength through his endless battle is so inspirational that I want to give others the ability to fight just as hard. Half the profits from these creations will go to cancer research in memory of these two beautiful souls.
