Don’t be surprised if the project finishes ahead of schedule. Bryan Stevens is a SC licensed residential builder who grew up in the construction business. Throughout the 80s and 90s he worked for his father’s construction company, learning the trade in the trenches. After moving to the upstate to attend Furman University, Bryan spent several years working in education and athletics, while still taking on construction projects and renovating his own houses. In 2000, he devoted himself full time to construction, establishing a successful renovations company before joining a local elite builder in 2004. His six years with that firm sharpened his skills in project management, budgeting, networking, and customer service. As a local resident of the upstate for over 20 years, Bryan sees his customers as neighbors who he looks forward to interacting with for years to come. He recognizes that home projects are personal experiences which will challenge a family to make a wide range of decisions. He enjoys helping families simplify those decisions and ensure that they will be pleased with the final outcome. Almost all his customers become repeat business and ALL are referrals! It's not unusual to find Bryan, his wife, and their two boys having a fun night out with clients long after the project is complete!
