Ready to stretch and sip? 🍹 Now a huge hit, these fun and refreshing 'Yoga with Laura Potter' sessions are held every Saturday and Sunday at Rockland Cider Works - Upstate, running all the way through October. Saturdays are all about Gentle Yoga, perfect for unwinding after a busy week. On Sundays, they switch things up with Chair Yoga, ensuring everyone can participate. All bodies and all levels are welcome. After you're done, don't forget to treat yo'self to some of the Rocklands delicious cider.
