Level 1 IT Tech

Available shifts:
4 Days a week, night shift at 12 hours a day
5 Days a week, night shift at 8 hours a day
Sun-Thu 3pm-11pm 8 hours a day

Summary:
QuadraNet Enterprises is looking to onboard 3 highly motivated and accessible Level 1 IT Techs to join the information technology department. Reporting to the NOC manager this position calls for hands on experience with installations, modifications, and minor repairs to computer server hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to end users. Full training is provided by QuadraNet staff during the first 2 weeks of employment. This is a great opportunity to start a new IT career.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation, deployment, and rollout of new hardware/software applications
• Manage network cables, wiring neatly in a server cabinet
• Other duties as assigned by the NOC Manager
• Operating and monitoring our support ticketing system
• Ability to lift up to 50Lbs

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Relevant experience and/or training in tech industry
• General knowledge of various software and hardware components
• MS Office applications
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Prior experience in Data Center environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills, coordinating assigned projects or special deployments
