b.fab.funk® - our own choreography of simple dance moves set to hip-hop, pop, latin and even a little bollywood. A high-energy, epic good time that will leave you with sweat and a smile. No experience is required, just a desire to move and have fun! b.fab.body - an ever-changing blend of strength-training and stretching that will keep your body guessing and your muscles popping. The hour will fly by, but the results will stay! All you need is a mat and a body, we'll provide the rest!

WE’RE BACK! Dance off that holiday fluff — 9:30am @ Dance Mania.

Our first pick just informed us we might not be able to get the whole group in tonight due to a large private party taking up half the space. As a result, we’re pivoting to a new location — @theskylightbar inside The Factory. In addition to cocktails, mocktails, wine and beer... you can grab food/treats from surrounding restaurants like Jeni’s Ice Cream, Five Daughters Bakery, Greys Fine Cheeses, Mojo Tacos, and more... Come and go as your please starting at 7pm. Everyone (including spouses) are welcome regardless of your current class attendance. Let us know you’re coming so we know who to contact if there are any other changes or additional notes we need to relay.
