Potato Skins
How’s this for a game day snack? Guilt-free potato skins:
1️⃣ Slice potatoes into ½ inch thick rounds and season with oil, salt and pepper
2️⃣ Roast potato slices in the oven for 40 mins (or until fork tender) flipping halfway through
3️⃣ Sprinkle the roasted potato slices with shredded pepper jack cheese and broil on high until melted
4️⃣ Top with a scoop of our Green Chile Hummus, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions and serve!

👉Try this twist on a pasta salad. Great for dinner tonight or as a summer BBQ side this weekend. Here's how:
1️⃣Spiralize raw zucchini
2️⃣Drizzle with hummus dressing (we mixed our Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with olive oil, fresh lemon juice and a bit of grated garlic to taste)
3️⃣Top with zesty greens and any other summer veggies you're craving (cherry tomatoes and toasted pepitas pictured here)
4️⃣Toss together and dig in!
