My brother is the skipper of the Hui Nala from Oahu. He just called and said they are on hold to cross the Alenuihaha Channel to Hana tomorrow. Winds were gusting to 45 mph on Maui today! It’s going to be an epic race. Let’s hope the breeze subsides enough for them to hit the water on Sunday.
