Top Chef Tools LLC Top Chef Tools is a Mobile Knife Sharpening and Culinary Tool Truck serving fine Hotels, Clubs and Restaurants in the Tampa Bay area.

We also make 2 monthly trips to Orlando and proudly serve Walt Disney World Parks and Lux Resorts. We provide Chefs with convenient shopping right at their door. Our truck has over 1200 items on board including: Chefworks Uniforms, Kingston-McKnight Culinary Shoes, knives by Wusthof, Forschner/Victorinox, Kikuichi, Messermeister, Global, Shun/KAI, Chroma 301 as well as many economy knives. We have

pretty much anything a Chef would want: mandolines, Microplanes, Garnishing knives and tools, Pastry supplies, and a full array of Utensils and small wares. Hard to find items are in stock from Plating Tweezers and Quail Egg Shears to Egg Toppers and Truffle Shavers.

I usually don't have much good to say about our food critic here in Tampa Bay, but she blew the lid off this scam that chefs and restaurateurs are pulling on consumers. I was trained to respect "truth in menu" but apparently alot of chefs have no respect for this. Shame.
