Each visit to Walt Disney World Resort my family and I make it a point to try something new! Whether it’s a ride, a restaurant or an experience, we always mix in something new!

This trip, it was the Four Park Challenge! You must visit each park in one day, capture the visit with a photo, and ride at least one “main” ride. We decided to spice it up a bit and make it at least 2 rides and a snack/meal from each park. Along the way, we also rode each of the complimentary transportation options.

Honestly, I always have the best of intentions when heading to Disney to post all the wonderful things we are doing and then I just get so immersed in all of the wonderful things we are doing!! So forgive me! You will get a trip report in spurts in the coming weeks.

Here’s the first:

One of the things I enjoyed most on this trip was the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ride at EPCOT! This new ride/experience just opened a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough about it!! This indoor, reverse launch roller coaster is so fast and sooo fun with an amazing, random playlist of songs and effects out of this world! A definite must-do on your next Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!!

Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration is still in full swing! One of the fun things you will notice throughout the parks the addition of the Fab 50 Golden Character Statues! These statues are of 50 of the most beloved Disney characters. Stitch is head honcho in our house! Who would you hope to see represented on your next Disney World Visit?

Almost missed National Pizza Day!! Of all the foods in Walt Disney World, we eat pizza more than any other.

In Epcot, you’ll find Via Napoli, our absolute favorite!! They have authentic Neapolitan pizzas - thin-crust pizzas made from flour imported from Italy!

In Magic Kingdom, you’ll find a great little food cart outside the entrance to Adventureland serving a variety of egg rolls, including Pepperoni Pizza!

In your resort! The best thing after a long day when you’ve closed the park down, is grabbing a pizza in your resort’s food court and taking back to your room for a late night snack!
