It's ideal for 1 person needing a home base, someone who wants to be close to every imaginable type of outdoor activities, medical travel professionals, or anyone in search of a peaceful retreat.

The studio is fully furnished with a futon couch/bed, a comfy recliner, a mini kitchen with a microwave, stove, and small fridge, and a private bathroom.

It's a comfortable living space less than 20 minutes to Bridgton and Memorial Hospitals, local restaurants with reasonably priced and delicious food, free live music, skiing at 5 major ski areas, the S**o River a short walk away, a trail system that goes all the way to Canada out back, and a great vibe in our 1700 farmhouse!

Short or long-term rental in an awesome location!

Eagles Perch is a 1 bedroom apartment with a comfy king bed plus a futon in the living room, large living room with a wonderful sunset and mountain views, new spacious kitchen, and large bathroom with a tub for soaking and shower.

Our farmhouse was built in the early 1700's and has quite an interesting story to tell! It's a very unique property and has a very upbeat vibe.

When we bought the property, we found horse related antiques under the barn and many locals have shared stories about all the cool happenings on the property.

My 3 horses; Amigo, Molly Miss Molly, and Cotton Eye Jo live here at Russ-Tee Bucket Ranch and you'll often see me riding out back.

It's FURNISHED, comfy, and convenient to everything.

Eagles Perch is a short walk to a beautiful beach on the S**o River and a snowmobile corridor out back for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing out back.
