My family toured Italy on the Disney Dream and it was a Dream!! Cruising is such a great way to see lots of places without stressful travel days and dragging luggage from one place to the next. My kids talked to working archeologists in Pompeii, learned to make pizza in Naples, swam in the Mediterranean in Sicily, pretended to push over the leaning tower in Pisa (I think that’s a must in Pisa right?) and saw many historical and religious sites in Rome. They also made friends from all over the world while on the cruise ship.
