Hope everyone stays safe today!!

Good morning friends!
Here is the latest park updates (as of 8am on Wednesday August 30th) since Hurricane Idalia has hit Florida:
Disney parks are under normal operating conditions with the exception of Typhoon Lagoon and both mini-golf locations that are closed today.
Universal Studios is under a delayed opening till 9am and will not be offering their early park admission for hotel guests today. Normal operations will resume tomorrow.
Sea World Orlando is under a delayed opening today and will not open till noon.
Aquatica will be closed today.
Busch Gardens will be closed today.
ICON Park will be closed today.

I will make updates throughout the day if anything changes.

Last week I was fortunate to represent Magical Mouse Adventures during a special Disney training for select travel agencies. We spent a day in the classroom, went on several newly renovated room tours and spent a few days in the parks using new technologies that Disney now offers.
I’m always excited to continue my learning of Disney so that I can better help you plan a memorable Disney vacation for your loved ones!

Resort review: Disney’s Contemporary Resort (June 2022)

Highlights:
•Literal steps away from The Most Magical park in the world, Magic Kingdom. You can ride the monorail to the park or my preferred mode, just walk. The walk is under 10 minutes from park to resort!
•Option for theme park view rooms.
•Several great spots to watch the MK fireworks without having to leave the resort!
•Large pool with outstanding views and a great slide for the young and young at heart!
•Amazing dining options at The Contemporary are Steakhouse 71, The Outter Rim (bar), Contemporary Cafe (quick service) and one of the best character meals: Chef Mickey’s.
•Rooms that sleep can a family of 5.

We've been waiting and the time is here!! Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets will go on sale April 27th (for guesting staying on Disney property)!! This is an amazing time to enjoy the parks with smaller crowds, lower wait times and many more park "extras" like trick or treating, special nighttime parades, etc. Dates for MNSSHP are listed below!
