Taking a quick break from the Disney Cruise life on National Donut Day to shout out one of my all time favorite places to visit in Universal Studios!

Voodoo Donuts is located on Universal's CityWalk in Orlando. There are legitimately dozens of donuts to choose from of all different types and sizes. There's also almost always a line to get into the place, so you know they've got to be amazing! (And they are!) Check them out on your next Universal Adventure!

It's finally happening! Tiana's Bayou Adventure is opening on June 28th in Disney World!

If you're not currently in the loop, Tiana's Bayou Adventure replaces the old Splash Mountain log flume ride down in Frontierland. Same ride, new theme!

I'm so excited! Princess and the Frog is one of my all time favorites. Plus, I can never get enough beignets! 😆

Can one truly begin a recurring Disney Resort showcase segment without first talking about the ORIGINAL Disney World resort??

The Contemporary Resort shares a birthday with the Magic Kingdom itself, opening it's doors to guests on October 1st, 1971 🎉 This deluxe level resort is a must-stay for all Disney fans, with it's amazing character breakfast, phenomenal souvenir shopping and direct monorail connection to the Kingdom. 🏰

Checking off a first for me! Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! This high-spirited music-and-comedy r***e is accompanied by a fantastic feast and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! It’s a 2 hour show and I was fully entertained the entire time! The cast was funny and interactive and the food was yummy and on theme. I can see why this is such a fan-favorite! The next time you’re at Walt Disney World, be sure to grab your tickets and check it out! Definitely worth it and something I can’t wait to bring my daughter to!

Resort Highlight: This is another deluxe-level resort and it is just a quick boat ride away from Magic Kingdom✨! This lobby will always make me feel all warm and cozy anytime I’m here😊! I love staying here around the holiday season to get a Christmas 🎄 cabin feel! Like Beach Club, this resort also gives their guest Extended Evening Hours! Wilderness Lodge is truly perfect for anyone who likes being surrounded by nature and Disney magic 💫simultaneously!

First up is Beach Club Resort!
Resort Highlight: This resort is a deluxe-level resort and is truly my favorite Disney resort! Is walking distance to EPCOT plus, it’s just a short boatride away from Hollywood Studios! The location of this resort is my favorite because it is located right on Disney’s Boardwalk, which houses some yummy restaurants and fun activities to do on your non-park days. At night, the Disney Boardwalk truly gives off that summer boardwalk vibe! And a perk of staying at this resort is that you are eligible to take advantage of the Extended Evening Hours on select nights that are reserved solely for those staying in deluxe–level resorts, which cuts your wait time significantly for some of your favorite attractions!

Settling into my conference-stay room- The Finding Nemo Family Suite at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! This resort is perfect for larger families or those looking to have more space in their rooms. The resort is bright and vibrant and also offers Skyliner transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios- which is a major bonus! My clients love booking these family suites because it gives them a separate bedroom to put the kids to bed, while the parents can stay up and unwind. This suite offers 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living area, and separate bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a table bed and pull out sofa bed to sleep up to 6 guests! Plus, being in the Finding Nemo area, you’re closer to the dining hall, Skyliner, and bus transportation, making it the perfect location on property!

One of my favorite hidden-gem character breakfasts is at Cape May Restaurant right at the Disney’s Beach Club Resort! It’s just a quick skyliner ride away from Art of Animation Resort, so it is super easy to get to! Plus, you get to dine with Minnie and friends! The best way to start off a Disney morning!

Resort Highlight: For my pre-stay, I decided to stay at one of the largest resorts on Disney Property- Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This is a moderate resort with multiple pools, tons of dining options, plus Sangria University (which is a personal fav of mine!). 10/10 would recommend staying here!
