The Journey continues

Today marks the start of another powerful and transformative journey, one that has felt like an eternity after a long path toward healing and the pandemic that forced us all to take pause. There is a bit of apprehension due to my body’s ongoing recovery from the motor vehicle accident as I will have to navigate a different kind of adventurous journey. A more cautious and gentle one.

It is hard to believe it has been twelve years since I started this solo journey and seven since I turned my personal experiences into offerings for other women to join. This voyage has been an ever-evolving process, and I am excited to ride the wave of future possibilities.

As I emerge from my cocoon of healing and step back into the world, I would love some positive energy sent my way to navigate the wobbly footing and clarity on the path forward.

In the days to come, I’ll be sharing glimpses of the magic I encounter on the journey. Which you all know I love to share my view of the beautiful things along the way.

So, with a heart full of gratitude and wonder, I take a step forward, eager to embrace the magic that lies ahead. 🌎✈️🦋🧚✨

They build confidence, independence and resilience through showing up each week for The Wheel Sisters intensive mountain bike program.

It took courage to step out on your own and walk toward the unfamiliar. You honored your soul whisper and continue to grasp the vein of staying true to yourself.

It would have been easy to rest in comfortability and yet, you chose to stumble toward the tugging of your heart. Even in the soul crushing moments, you leapt with hope and continue to clasp gratitude for every experience.

You look in the mirror with pride as you push away the doubt that hovers near-by.

To all the face plant moments and the hidden tears… Thank you, for the contrast that reminds you what you strive for in living and loving life.

Thank you for tripping over your insecurities and getting up every day with a glimmer of hope in your eye.
