We are currently hiring qualified and motivated tour guides that can work:

Full Time
Part Time
Morning Shifts (8:00-1:00pm)
Mid Day shifts (1-6:30pm)
Night shifts (5pm-9:30pm)

Our tours are :

* 2 hour SF City Tours
* 3 hour + Private Tours ) SF + Muir Woods, HWY1, wine country, corporate gigs, bachelorette parties, birthday bus,...
* 2-3 hour girls call the shots tours ( NEW and FUN upcoming Taco Tequila tours, Food tours, Brewery tours)
* 8 hour day long Wine Country Tours (Sonoma and or Napa)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

What kind of guides are we looking for? Read through the questions below. If you can answer "yes" to most of them, we'd love to hear from you.

Do you have exceptional people skills? (our guests can sometimes expect a lot and we always try to exceed their expectations)

Can you converse with all different types of people? Outgoing personality & appreciation of people from a variety of backgrounds (our guests can have very different backgrounds and motivations from each other and you -- can you connect with them?)

Are you interested in other people's stories? (guides have a lot of responsibility and are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with guests)

Do you know San Francisco and/or Sonoma-Napa? It's food, wild history, modern events etc?

What about its diversity, eccentric people and public art?

Knowledge of wine country and wine making process a big plus.

Do you have any guiding experience? Great communicator (need to be comfortable as a public speaker in front of the groups and able to communicate well individually with guests, fellow guides and office staff)

Are you energized by quickly thinking on your feet?

Attention to detail (need to appreciate the small details while keeping in mind the big picture)

Can you solve problems confidently and on the fly? (Plan A can be quickly derailed, how do you do with plan B through Z?)

Can you pass a drug test?

Does working in a young, unique, fun and growing organization appeal to you? (we all work hard and value working with people who can laugh, especially at themselves)

Are you flexible? At times we might want you to take on the roll of customer service expert and answer incoming calls and make bookings. You will get a 5% commission on each booking you make.

Does it excite you that you could help us refine our day to day processes, offerings and future direction?

Do you speak fluent English?

Do you speak any other languages?

Our ideal tour guide is honest, hardworking, good time management, funny, reliable and charming. Of course you have to be an excellent driver with a clean criminal background. No Tour guide experience is needed, we will train you!

If you are excited about the possibility of working for us, but don't think you have the experience, gives us a shout anyway, we will train you if we think you are the right fit for our company!

• Requires commitment through at least 12/31/2022. Ideally, you will want to grow your career with us! Overtime, there is room for management positions etc.
