Disney After Hours is back at Walt Disney World Resort for 2025, offering late-night adventures for guests and their families. These separately ticketed events are limited to a select number of guests, allowing them to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT after they officially close for the day. Guests can start their night as early as 7 p.m. and stay three hours after the parks close, experiencing shorter wait times for attractions, meeting some of their favorite characters, and indulging in snacks like ice cream, popcorn, and select drinks. The events begin on January 6 at Magic Kingdom, January 22 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and February 27 at EPCOT.

Disneyland Paris has come out with a PAID Fastpass system… do you guys thing Florida or California will follow suit?

“When visiting the Disneyland Paris app, you’ll find charges for each attraction are now revealed. Currently, here are a few attractions that are similar to those you’ll find at Walt Disney World and their prices to “fastpass” them:

Disney is celebrating their first ever “DOLE Whip Day”! Disney has made our love for all things Dole Whip even easier by sharing a list of all their current Dole Whip offerings and where to find them.

Best part? Dole Whips are fat-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free with no cholesterol… so what’s not to love?

Disney has launched the limited-time “Tamatoa-inspired” Dipped Cone at Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. From July 19 through 21 you can order the “Tamatoa-inspired” Dipped Cone – Dole Whip raspberry swirled with Dole Whip orange in a white chocolate-dipped waffle cone and coated with “shiny” gold sugar. YUM!

“Starting October 1, 2021 as part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration, Disney Resort hotel Guests and Guests of other select hotels (some Disney Springs hotels) will be able to enjoy more fun with 30-minute early entry to any Walt Disney World theme park, every day. It’ll be a great way to get a jump start on your Disney day, no matter the day! Valid theme park admission, park reservation and Resort ID are required.”

Guys!!!! Such exciting news! Just found out that Tusk her house, an animal kingdom at Disney will be open for business on June 20 of this year. The dining experience will be a bit different than the normal buffet that one would normally experience, and a character interaction will be changed up as well due to Covid restrictions, however it’s here, and it’s bookable tomorrow!

If only I went in June instead of February…

Chef Mickey’s Dinner will return beginning May 16 with modified character dining! While breakfast has been open at Chef Mickey’s since December 16, we’re excited to see the return of a fantastic character dining dinner option. Chef Mickey’s will offer an all-you-care-to-enjoy family-style dinner that will include “no touch” appearances like snapping a selfie or waving hello as Mickey Mouse and some of his favorite pals make surprising appearances in each of the dining rooms.

I know - it’s not the same. But ... it’s a step in the right direction!!

AquaMouse!!!! This is the first ever attraction to be on a Disney Cruiseline! Starting next year, Disney’s new ship, The Wish, will set sail on 3 and 4 day itineraries to Bahamas and Castaway Cay! Expect to glide through special scenes, lightings, special effects, and “splashtacular surprises”. The original story is called “Scuba Scramble”. The water coaster will take you on a journey of 760 feet, and it will last around two minutes! There will be a 42 inch height requirement to ride.

Disney Cruise Line has unveiled their beautiful new design concept for the Disney Wish!!

“The design of the Disney Wish centers around a motif that I’m sure we’re all familiar with because it’s found at the heart of so many beloved Disney stories… Enchantment!

Enchantment is the special ingredient that brings the worlds of Disney films to such rich and vibrant life. Translating this concept into a design theme provides Walt Disney Imagineers with an unparalleled platform to infuse Disney storytelling into the cruise experience, giving the Disney Wish a completely new look unlike anything at sea!

How this motif is expressed throughout the design will be as much a reflection of the ship’s distinctive personality as of the wide range of stories that will be represented on board, from Disney and Pixar to Marvel and Star Wars. (Spoiler alert!)

There has been talk about Disneyland having long-term plans for a huge theme park, retail and parking expansion. Working with the city of Anaheim, they are reimagining what the resort district will look like over the next couple decades.

Who knows what’s in store for this expansion, but I know one thing for sure… I am super excited about this. People are always comparing Anaheim to Orlando, and I can’t wait for California to give us a friendly theme park battle!!!
