Golftrekker Embrace the Game! It's all about GOLF! And, to be honest, golf in its original form. Walking with a club...hence, the derivative "kolf" from Dutch medieval times.

Though there is much argument about the true origin of golf (the Dutch may have a valid claim...oh, but so do the French and the Germans!), that Golftrekker just wants to promote the fact that in its purest form, GOLF is a game played while walking! Basically, it's a game where balls are struck by sticks.. while walking!

The transformative figure of Francis Ouimet was born on this date in 1893 in Brookline, Massachusetts. It was there that the lifetime amateur won the 1913 U.S. Open in a playoff over two British greats at The Country Club and established America as a place where champion golfers could be developed.

Golftrekker is playing Wentworth in Tarpon Springs ⛳️ … scenic course in good condition with narrow fairways, well-maintained greens, and beautiful tree-lined fairways with Spanish Moss. Experienced the 19th Hole: the Scratch House Pub! Excellent service and food and we were even comped a beverage! We played the front nine, but will be back for the back!!
