P2P is a travel planning company focused on legally permitted travel to the island of Cuba. Our founders and owners are native born and raised Cuban-Americans who have a deep knowledge of the history, people and culture that make Cuba an absolute must-see travel destination. Having lived in pre- and post-revolution Cuba and having visited the island many times since leaving, they provide a unique perspective on the past, present and future of Cuba. Upon visiting the island in 2008 for the first time since fleeing the revolution, our principal owner was captured by its magnificent beauty, yet saddened by its tragic lack of progress. He instantly became enamored once again with his erstwhile homeland, seeing hope and opportunity for for a vibrant and prosperous future. He went on to become a co-founder of the first US company in 60 years to be granted a license to do business in Cuba where he was able to study and learn about the new Cuban economy, the challenges it faces and the promise of what it can become. Through P2P, he and his family hope to use travel as a way of building cultural and economic bridges between Cuba and the world and creating prosperity for the proud people of Cuba.
