You are invited to the Luther Wedding Festival in Wittenberg, celebrating the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther and Katharine von Bora. After our time in Wittenberg, we will visit Luther’s former monastery in Erfurt, Wartburg Castle, Medieval Rothenburg-ob-der-Tauber, Neuschwanstein Castle, and the delightful Bavarian village of Ettal. We will have a 2-day trip into Austria to enjoy Salzburg, then return to Munich for a farewell meal at the Hofbrauhaus.

Are you looking for a short, but comprehensive Reformation Tour? Our new 8-day tour gives you the opportunity to visit key sites related to Martin Luther, Calvin, and Zwingli, while traveling as a group. The tour begins with a panoramic tour of Berlin, followed by time in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, staying right next to Castle Church. In Erfurt you will visit the Augustinian Monastery, including a private service in the chapel. On the morning tour of Wartburg Castle, you’ll see the room where he translated the New Testament, followed by a visit to the park in Worms where he refused to recant his writings. After time to explore Heidelberg, you’ll cross the border and visit Zurich. Then you have a chance to relax in the stunning Swiss Alps before the final day in Geneva.
