FREE fishing weekend starts Saturday, February 15! This weekend anyone without a license can go fishing.

It's a great opportunity to experience ice fishing for the first time--sort of like a try it before you buy it--but we bet after a day on the ice you'll be first in line for a license.

Round Top Trail - Small but Mighty
📍: Rome, Maine
🗺: 4.6-mile loop. Short and family-friendly (dogs included, leashed) trail. Long Pond and Great Pond are visible from the top making the views from the top well worth it. Snowshoeing is a popular way to get around during the snowy season. However, this trail is typically well traveled so the trail is often packed and easily managed on foot as well.
