Couldn’t have said said any better!!
Soap Box Alert: When the first question we get is, ‘are you cheaper than what we are paying now?’. Our inside voice is thinking, ‘you intentionally want cheaper maintenance than this?!’. — it doesn’t matter how good the equipment and/or install is, draft systems need constant attention and upkeep. Bargain maintenance is, frankly, a burden on capital because nothing here is going to taste as good as it should and that hampers sales. While high quality and thoughtful maintenance is an investment in increased revenue production and profitability on that revenue. Cheers & Beers 🍻
