Skyland Ridge

Skyland Ridge is located in a secluded mountain setting on the bluff overlooking the beautiful vistas of the Chattanooga valley and the surrounding mountains. At night you can see the city lights of Chattanooga in the far distance or look up and see thousands of stars. Our neighborhood is also home to deer, turkeys, owls, hawks and all kinds of other little critters.

We are just a 30 minute drive to Chattanooga. Tourist attractions including Rock City and Ruby Falls are a short 20 minute drive.
