I’m here in Florida with multiple missions- I’m speaking at an HR conference, and I’m also familiarizing myself with Universal’s Endless Summer Resorts in anticipation of even greater interest in Universal (from both families and groups) once Epic Universe opens next year.

I’m impressed with the nice workout rooms, and I followed up a morning workout with a scramble bowl from the food court. Made to order and customized, then served over a generous (huge) portion of potato wedges that remind me of the grocery store deli wedges of my youth- and that’s a good thing!
