We provide two class options: Paddle Board Yoga and Office Break Yoga.

Paddleboard Yoga takes place on a private lake in Palisade, offering a grounding experience. Cheer on your colleagues as you flow through different yoga poses. You'll leave feeling invigorated, grounded, and more connected with your coworkers. Booking a private paddleboard yoga class includes access to a private lake, all paddleboard equipment, a life jacket, and a 2-hour experience.

Office Break Yoga takes place in your office during the workday. We will come to your office to teach a beginner yoga class meant to introduce mindfulness practice to your employees while also having fun. Classes can range from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your office's needs.
