I have one more week of guests at the Lake House along with friends that stay on Harley weekend. I will not be renting out the property anymore, or my pontoon. There has been too many issues, and I'm getting older and it is harder for me to keep up with. So please don't text me for dates available for next year. It has been a pleasure and I have made some awesome friends during this endeavor.

Update: I do have 3 weeks filled. I have Aug 17th thru Sept 7 still available.

Due to a long stay cancellation, I have July 26th thru the rest of the year open at Varga's Lake House. With the exception of Harley weekend.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, house on Lake Nokomis. Everything is included, full kitchen, towels, right down to the toilet paper. Pontoon available for rent or bring your own boat. Lots of room for parking. $200 a night based on a two night stay plus security dep. $1200 for a week, plus security dep. We are dog friendly, but there is an added charge.

I am totally booked for 2024. It is also the last year that I will be renting it out. I appreciate all my guests, many have become good friends. I will be moving to the property in a few years. Thank you everyone!!

Our Lake House is available for daily events as well as nightly rentals.
Do you have an event coming up and not enough room in your house or apartment, birthday parties, anniversaries, get togethers etc.
We have also done Quilting weekends, bring your sewing machines, I can bring out extra tables, plenty of room to set up in the open space, and we can sleep 7 people comfortably.
Are you building and need a home while your new home is being built? We have room for you, our lake house is completely furnished, leave your stuff in storage, no need to move it twice.

This is a home, not a cottage, 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, Full kitchen, all bedding, towels & linens are included. Beautiful Private bay with pier and firepit by the lake. Laundry downstairs if needed. Bring your own boat. Nice deck off main level.
