I will not be renting out this property anymore in the future. I have had wonderful loyal people that I now call friends that have been wonderful all the years they rented from me, I appreciate each one of you.
However, this last summer I also had new people that were very disrespectful of my property and the rules. One person who I felt sorry for and rented to over the winter totally trashed my house, stole my kitchenware and everything in the bathroom, caused over $1000 in damages. I'm too old to put up with this anymore. I'm retiring soon and my family and I will enjoy the peace at this beautiful place where I grew up.

I have one more week of guests at the Lake House along with friends that stay on Harley weekend. I will not be renting out the property anymore, or my pontoon. There has been too many issues, and I'm getting older and it is harder for me to keep up with. So please don't text me for dates available for next year. It has been a pleasure and I have made some awesome friends during this endeavor.

Update: I do have 3 weeks filled. I have Aug 17th thru Sept 7 still available.

Due to a long stay cancellation, I have July 26th thru the rest of the year open at Varga's Lake House. With the exception of Harley weekend.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, house on Lake Nokomis. Everything is included, full kitchen, towels, right down to the toilet paper. Pontoon available for rent or bring your own boat. Lots of room for parking. $200 a night based on a two night stay plus security dep. $1200 for a week, plus security dep. We are dog friendly, but there is an added charge.
