Celebrating “Golf 4 All Day” at the 3M Open! ⛳
Employees in our Minneapolis office volunteered at Golf 4 All Day, an event at the PGA TOUR 3M Open where hundreds of inner-city kids got to experience a professional golf tournament. We love helping our communities and sharing with these golfers of the future!

There is nothing better than a spontaneous afternoon with the team at the Australian Open! 🎾 The sun was shining and the cheers were echoing throughout Grand Slam Oval. It truly was a wonderful afternoon spent with our Melbourne colleagues.
Our CEO Carsten Koerl recently met with the Slovenian Ambassador to Switzerland Mr. Iztok Grmek, delving into the crucial role our Ljubljana office plays in our global business. Nestled in a new, state-of-the-art building, it's not just an office but a home to one of our valuable engineering hubs.

Throughout 2023, our Sportradar colleagues from around the world demonstrated their commitment to philanthropy by actively contributing to various charitable initiatives and positively impacting their communities.
🇩🇪Our Munich team supported local youth soccer clubs with equipment and funding for children to attend training camps.
🇸🇮Our support for Društvo NNN helped them integrate coastal clean-ups into the daily lives of its members through recreational stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), children's SUP school, sports training and competitive events.
🇸🇬 Our team's donation to Triathlon Singapore (TAS) supported the non-profit organization’s efforts to introduce at-risk youth, women, and aspiring members from lower-income families to the sports of Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathlon and related multi-sports.
🇺🇸Our Minneapolis team members supported Girls Dream Code, a non-profit organization empowering young girls of color and from low-income backgrounds, ages 10-17, to pursue an interest in technology by providing free tech.
We are looking forward to continuing to support our communities in 2024!

We had the honor of hosting an external Tech Lead MeetUp event at our new office in Ljubljana.
Hosted by Luka Androjna and Jošt Novljan, we welcomed 40 engaged participants who focused on building Trust and Accountability in engineering teams (presented by Dejan Petelin, Co-founder at Pareto.AI). The second part highlighted Transparency in Leadership, presented by Jernej Klančič - Engineering Manager at LeanIX.
After the event, participants got the opportunity to network, meet new people, and enjoy food and drinks!
Sportradar is proud to establish a laptops-for-Africa initiative in partnership with African Agriculture Inc, through which we donated used computers to the Ngnith school in Senegal. The District Head Inspector of Education and Training, Sophie Mar, wrote to our Global Director of End User Support, Kyle Burnett, and our Procurement Manager, Darina Kisyova, to express her organization’s “gratitude and profound thanks.”
Ms Mar added: “The high-quality inputs that you have generously granted to the Ngnith school, and the future projects that you hope to deliver for that establishment, are an invaluable contribution that impacts the quality both of teaching and of learning there.”
The school has set aside a space that will become a dedicated IT room, where pupils in elementary education will be able to develop software programs and coding skills.

From baseball to golf and more, our colleagues from around the 🌍 enjoyed Summer 2023 to the fullest.
This past week, four members of our London office collectively cycled 46.3 miles in 30 minutes as part of our partner Benchmark Sport’s 24-hour challenge! 🚴🏽♀️
The feat contributed to the goal of covering the 1,330-mile distance from central London to Kiev in less than 24 hours, and, most importantly, raised money for the Sport Together Fund, which supports refugees through sports-based initiatives.
A big congratulations to the team and thank you to our colleagues at Beyond Sport and Sport Industry Group for hosting us!

To participate in week, we held a VR experience taster session for our employees.
Throughout the day, each employee took a ten-minute relaxation break to listen to a guided meditation or to take a VR exploration adventure.
Thanks to Blend Media Simon Brooksband and James Feld, who delivered the VR Experiences and made the day so relaxing for our colleagues!
Our Manila office recently came together in a showing of “bayanihan (spirit of communal unity and cooperation) to plant 200 Mangrove tree seedlings.

Whether running together with colleagues, family or friends or taking the challenge independently, our runners collectively covered more than 2340km, taking the Sportradar team to 24th place!

James Faure, Product Marketing Director, and Alex Amon, Trading Director, realized their respective fathers were pro racing drivers and that Amon Sr. was a bit of a hero to Faure Sr. Crazier still, James’ dad designed Amon's famous helmet.
