Our Disney life...

We are a Disney loving family! I (Nikki) grew up going to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World as part of my family vacations every summer of my life. Once we were married, we knew we wanted to share Disney with our own kids. We have two boys that have been going to Disney every year since they were 2 and 18 months old. After our first trip, Ken realized how good I was at planning because we never waited more than 20 minutes for anything, and we had traveled at Christmas time too! We rode all the popular rides multiple times and went to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! From there, our family was hooked. We have traveled to most major parts of Florida (Orlando, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Sanibel Island, Fort Meyers, Punta Gorda, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Key Largo, Key West). We have been to Coco Cay and Nassau in the Bahamas on a cruise. We have done San Diego and Disneyland and spent a lot of time at the beaches in La Jolla, CA. Other areas I’ve been include Massachusetts, the Carolina’s, Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Michigan and Indiana. Currently, we average about two trips a year to various vacation destinations (one stop is always Disney). We are cruising on the Oasis of the Seas in 2020 to Philipsburg in St. Maarten, San Juan in Puerto Rico, and Labadee on the northern coast of Haiti, and we have two stops to Disney World in 2020.

Our family has experienced different resorts and have done the dining plan multiple times. We have flown and we have driven to Florida. Over the years, we have experienced many Early Magic hour events, After Hour events, tours, etc. We have even done Disney without our kids, and it was amazing! Our different experiences can be very valuable in helping to plan your trip. I study all things “Disney” on the side, and have been helping family and friends plan vacations for years now. We thought it was a great opportunity to put our passion to good use and join the ranks of the official vacation planners.
