Summer has come and gone, and I’m fortunate to say another season has passed where I got a chance to spend time with those I love. Can’t wait to see how Fall will unfold.

Have you even attended a concert or festival solo? Recently spoke with a friend who will be traveling and doing just that. And I must say it is very freeing. If you want to go late, you can. If you want to leave in the middle of a performance you can. But basically just like solo travel, you get to make it your own. It’s a whole vibe.

We enjoyed the flying dress so much in Santorini Greece. It was definitely an experience and the pictures came out great. I would definitely recommend Santorini Flying Dresses to any and everyone. They did great with communication, timing, ex*****on and list of all we had fun. Didn’t know what to expect going in but I’m glad we decided to do, and I would do it again

Spring has left and Summer has officially started, as of June 21st. Spring brought new experiences, celebrations, new friends, and a new injury (lol). Overall it was a great season and I’m ready to see what this next season holds.

One way I celebrate the freedoms that we as black women have is by doing the things that we will would have never got a chance to experience if it wasn’t for the rights our ancestors suffered for. Whether it’s bring a sing black female home owner, a black female business owner, a black female educational leader, a doubled degrees back female, or an explorer of things I never knew about in the world around me and beyond, I celebrate my freedom daily and it’s not just about me, because representation matters and more Black faces in different places is what we all need. Happy Juneteenth!
