Good morning and Happiest day to our sauna fam and Cedar City community!

The sauna will close and move from the current location on Thursday Dec. 1st. This is indefinite until further notice.
•
Being a mobile business we have experienced both the ups and the downs, the calm and the storm, and the security and the uncertainty all at the same time. This is the Yin and Yang of life and we honor it ☯️

While we are sad to go, we know something else will show up for us!

All those with memberships have been notified! We are currently in the process of calling those customers who have outstanding gift certificates. “I have dealt with terrible flare ups of eczema on the palms of my hands on and off for three past two years. The most recent flare was the worst yet and covered my palm and most of my fingers on my right hand. I taught myself to be left handed because it was so painful I couldn’t bend my fingers. Then I started getting patches on my left hand too. It got to the point that a lot of simple tasks (washing my hair, dishes, laundry, buckling kids, pulling pants on, writing, etc) were so difficult because I couldn’t bend my fingers or grasp things, and if I did I would get deep splits and bleed and sometimes get infected. I spent hundreds of dollars on creams, salves, ointments, supplements, cleanses, diet changes. I saw dermatologists and was working with a holistic doctor. I wasn’t ready to start taking steroids or immunosuppressants. I heard about infrared sauna being good for lowering inflammation and decided to try it. Tara recommended I try the red light therapy also, which I had heard very little about but was willing to try anything. I can’t believe the change that has happened over the last couple weeks doing IR sauna and the red light therapy. My skin is healing! The damaged skin has peeled off and now fresh skin keeps looking better each day. The relief is life changing for me. I was scared each day seeing it cover more of my hands and fingers, and now I’m excited each day seeing it heal.”
