Ideal for all the special events. Just across the street from Reno's oldest park, the Truckee River flowing thru. Joggers, bikers abound. The Kayak Whitewater Park and river rafting are summer time favorites for cooling off. Location is just three blocks west of down town art district, as well as casinos and many restuarants. Direct I-80 freeway access, 50 minutes to Tahoe City, or take a scenic 50 minutes on 395 S. up Mt Rose to Incline Village. Winter has come in with a blast of fresh SNOW on the moutain!! Outdoors is wide open for adventure and enjoyment.
