Cycle of Life Adventures (COLA) is gearing up to bring adventure to your cycling trips. COLA will be leading trips in colorful Colorado, US National Parks, North and South Carolina,Texas Hill Country, along the Appalachian Trail, The Mississippi River and across the Southern Tier, We will also be traveling the scenic highways and byways of the Southeast, Blue Ridge Parkway and the historic Natche

z Trace. We offer short, fun, four-day tours as well as multi-week cross country Epic adventures. Cycle of Life Adventures is committed to providing challenging trips in beautiful parts of the country for the avid cyclist in a safe and fun manner, via excellent guest service. Our rides will be focus on seeing amazing countrysides and yet being challenging rides for the avid cyclist. All Cycle of Life trips will be led by an owners and guides Elli Sias or Dennis Hughes. We have participated in nearly 300 cycling adventures, both as guests and as guides. We have led trips across the breadth and depth of the United States. Our passion for sharing these fabulous trips with others of similar interest, has led us to develop our own company. Who We Are:

Elli Sias, Director of Marketing and Tour Development, is an avid cyclist who has been riding for 30+ years. She has been on trips covering much of the Western hemisphere, including the Canadian Provinces, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Costa Rica & island hopping in the Caribbean. In addition to her vast and comprehensive experiences as a strong cyclist, understanding the needs and wants of guests, she boasts more than 25 years experience in the customer service industry. Dennis Hughes, Director of Operations, has been riding for 40+ years. His cycling adventures have carried him through all of Canada, all 50 of the United States, through Italy and Japan. Dennis had been a Colorado resident for 35 years. Now he operates CoLa out of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. His cycling skills have been sharpened and perfected for hill climbing. He shares his training techniques and nutritional secrets with all of his customers. Being a cycling tour guide for over 15 years and an accomplished bicycle mechanic, he comes with excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Ohio to Erie trail tour took off out of Cincinnati this morning after a night of high energy and fireworks on the Ohio River. Fantastic group of super guests. Ideal weather for the next few days.

Day one of the Epic Northern Tier tour. Glorious weather and scenery at the Pacific Ocean near Astoria, OR. Fun day my most everyone. One wheel stuck in a boardwalk. Bill took a spill and destroyed his wheel. He missed the scene at the beach, but will be on tomorrow and 52 more days to go. Lets have a safe and fun trip.

Our Story

Cycle of Life Adventures (COLA) had to take a short break at the onset of the Covid-19 outbreak, But we are back onto a revised schedule as of May 12. We fine tuned some tours and rescheduled others to make the social distancing aspect of life a bit easier. We have several new tours available for 2020 along with our classic and epic tours. We are excited to offer New Orleans, St. Augustine, Coastal Maine, several new locations for our “FUNDO ? Stay-cation” series and multi-sport adventures in the Blue Ridge Mountains. COLA will be leading trips from Southern California to New England. We specialize in Colorado....it was Dennis’ back yard for 40 years. Dennis has been doing rides here for a long time, so he’s good at it! We will also be traveling the scenic highways and byways of the Southeast and the historic Natchez Trace. The Blue Ridge Parkway is now just out our back door, so we love riding the Appalachian Range from Georgia to Maine. We love the beaches, the mountains, small cities and interesting places. You see, Elli is an east coast native and can’t give up those beautiful rides. You don’t need to be an epic cyclist to enjoy one of our Epic Adventures. Cycle of Life Adventures is committed to providing challenging trips in beautiful parts of the country for active to avid cyclists. Our rides focus on seeing amazing countrysides, yet offer challenging rides for cyclists of all levels. Try our Southern Tier Cross Country tour, our Appalachian Ride or the very challenging Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive. All Cycle of Life trips will be led by an owners/guide Elli Sias or Dennis Hughes. We have participated in nearly 300 cycling adventures, both as guests and as guides. We have led trips across the breadth and depth of the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
