Awesome Job to USCG Jonathan Morgan for catching and releasing this bruiser halibut. We measured it conservatively on the surface at 82” which is 299 lbs on the chart. The second time to the surface we let it go. The vid doesn’t do justice for how big the fish and the moment were for all of us on the boat. Great catch, Jonathan!

Quite a week for King salmon and Cohos. Lots of fun. Gotta love yellow eye and Tiger Rock Fish too.
