Our Story
Offering one of a kind up-cycled holiday decor for your unique style.
I have always LOVED vintage things, the older the better. Painted floral porcelain plates line the walls of our bedroom. Old glass buttons top a hand painted “Forget Me Not” dresser tray. Vintage Christmas ornaments treasured and packed away for another year.
One of my goals with the things I create are to find ways to display vintage items in a new way, so they may continue to be enjoyed and cherished. Re-purposing a handful of beautiful old button into a necklace, building an arrangement in a vintage planter with a holiday theme, or saving an old-fashioned card to be used as a backdrop for something new are some of the techniques I like to use. Old photographs are a passion. I love to think of what the people in them were like, their joys and struggles, and what happened in their lives.
Some of the things I use are very old, some not so old-but the combination of the items used is what makes the fun!
