Diet EPCOT is a time of year where NO festivals are scheduled. This year, diet EPCOT is the longest itโ€™s been in a long time!

Itโ€™s the perfect time to slow down and enjoy walking through the countries, noticing all the incredible details that you might have missed while focusing on the festivals.

My favorite diet EPCOT places in World Showcase are:

Happy CINCO de Mayo!

We all know how much I love EPCOT- for so many reasons.... but my most favorite has to be the Mexican pavilion at Disneyโ€™s World Showcase!

Mexico has so many amaizng, bright, delicious foods and beverages! I love the beautiful location where La Cantina de San Angel is located on the Showcase lagoon! Itโ€™s perfect mid day, under the overhang protecting you from Floridaโ€™s hot sun or at night to grab a great view or EPCOT Forever and the fireworks! All while enjoying amazing nachos and the most delicious margaritas that Iโ€™ve ever had!
Itโ€™s my spot! Itโ€™s my place!

So while I sit here in my car, on this overcast day- watching Addieโ€™s softball practice - I have my eyes closed and dream about a time in the near future when I can head to Mexico, have a delicious Marg and relax at my happy place!

This is a great example of how AMAZING the Disney Cruise line cast members and wait staff are! ๐Ÿ›ณ๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ Youโ€™re kids become theirs! ๐Ÿ˜ Our amazing waiters followed us each night for dinner on our rotational dining and learned quickly just how much our kiddos enjoyed the MAGIC! It was the kids favorite part of the nightโ€ฆ. wondering what trick Frank would do tonight! Another perk to staying at one of Disneys Deluxe resorts is the extended magic hours! Tonight Samantha needed a nap- Addie and Sean went over to Epcot while Sam rested at the resort. When Samantha finally rallied it was about 7:30- we headed off to the monorail and to meet them at Epcot! It was awesome knowing that the park closed at 9pm for all non deluxe resort guests and would remain open until 11pm for deluxe resort guests! We got some awesome photos, strolled around World Showcase and walked on to many of the popular attractions! #worthit #disneydeluxeresorts

Hello all!

My name is Katie Bailey. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two princesses (sometimes villains) of our own, I am a nurse and anyone who knows me, knows I have a true passion for Disney. I have been to Walt Disney World several times as a young kid, teenager and now as an adult. We have done quick trips with just the four of us, larger trips with extended family and even a few "kid-free" trips throughout the years. Each experience was unique and magical in its very own way.

Planning family vacations can be very stressful... what hotel do I stay at? What is best for "my" family? What restaurants are a must? How do I book my fast passes? I love helping families figure out what is best for them. I have lots of advice and many recommendations. I would work with you from the day you book your deposit until the day of travel. Helping you every step of the way! My ultimate goal would be to create many lasting memories of an unforgettable, stress free trip.
