Our colleagues at ResultsCX Ireland volunteered with Penny Diners in Cork City, a charity dedicated to providing hot, nourishing meals and essential support to those in need.

A heartfelt thank you to Marlene, Robert, Jason, Cathal, Caroline, and Shauna, who rolled up their sleeves to prepare and serve meals with compassion and care. 💛

Beyond volunteering, our employees also contributed through a creative initiative—recycling beverage cans and bottles to fund food vouchers and donating to this worthy cause.

Spreading festive cheer with compassion and care! 🎄
Our ResultsCX Ireland team came together to support a cause close to our hearts—making the holidays brighter for families and children living in Direct Provision.

Direct Provision is Ireland’s system for housing asylum seekers, including over 7,000 children, many of whom have fled conflict, and families in distress, requiring additional support.

This year, our colleagues partnered with Abolish Direct Provision Ireland (ADPI) in their mission to ensure every child living under Direct Provision has a gift to open this Christmas. Thanks to the generosity of our colleagues, we were delighted to contribute financially, as well as bags of toys, books, and clothing for the kids.

With over 30,000 people in Direct Provision and International Protection accommodation, campaigns like ADPI’s bring hope to those who need it most.

Together, we're not just spreading holiday joy but also standing for greater equity and care for displaced families. 💚

To celebrate Children's Day, our team in Honduras partnered with Casa Hogar Bencaleth to bring joy and warmth to children in their care. Casa Hogar Bencaleth is a nonprofit organization providing specialized support for children with disabilities, including muscular dystrophy and cerebral palsy.

Our colleagues visited and donated stuffed animals and toys, bringing smiles to their faces and celebrating their strength and resilience. This organization relies on donations and community partnerships to continue its mission of care and support, and we're proud to contribute to its impactful work.
