Our long time cover photo has just been removed by FB. The problem, according to FB, is that some cultures don’t clothe women to “appropriate” community standards. The Matis are and indigenous tribe in the Brazilian Amazon, and our photo was of a group of them. No one (including women) wear clothing on their upper halves while in the jungle. Ironically, we will be with the Matis again in just a few days. Now we have to choose between not giving women the representation they deserve, or submitting to a standard that we believe is ethically wrong.
