In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our plants recently held a Pink Out Day to show our support for those affected by breast cancer. It was filled with unity, awareness, and hope! 💖

We had a fantastic time at our semi-annual Manufacturing Excellence Conference from October 7 to 9! Plant Managers and Directors came together in West Michigan for leadership training, teamwork activities, and insightful discussions. A highlight of the conference was the collaborative maze activity, where the team worked together to navigate challenges. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success!

Yesterday, Challenge Manufacturing had the pleasure of hosting Manufacturing Day 2024 with Missouri Enterprise and the North Kansas City School District, welcoming 41 students, 1 teacher, and 2 chaperones. Our tour allowed students to interact with team members and attend a town hall led by our Plant Manager. It was an inspiring day focused on the future of manufacturing!
