Athens County Help Me Grow is a new collaboration between Integrated Services of Appalachian Ohio and Tri County Mental Health and Counseling. Integrated Services provides home visiting to pregnant mothers and children up to 3 years of age. Home visiting includes

holistic supportive services and education for the first time mothers along with help to monitor for healthy developmental milestones and family support. Tri County serves Help Me Grow families through Early Intervention. This contract includes assessment to determine eligibility for the HMG Early Intervention and Service Coordination for eligible children birth to three years of age. Please contact Help Me Grow if you are interested in receiving services and we will help determine which program you might be qualified for or answer questions regarding early childhood resources available in our community. ISAO and TCMHC work closely together to plan activities and services that enhance the early childhood experience and support young families.
