🌵Arizona's heat is indeed intense, particularly due to the low humidity. Here are some tips to stay safe and enjoy your summer activities:

1.🚰**Stay Hydrated**: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don't feel thirsty. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they can dehydrate you.

2.⛱️**Seek Shade**: Try to stay in shaded areas whenever possible to avoid direct exposure to the sun.

3.⏰**Time Your Activities**: Avoid hiking or engaging in strenuous outdoor activities during the peak heat of the day (usually between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.). Early morning or late evening are better times for these activities.
