Welcome to the Wilhorse Chalet

This 5-bedroom (4 bedrooms + loft), ranch is located in the Grank Elk community of Granby, CO. The home offers over 2500sf of contemporary mountain decor. The property was designed to maximize both indoor and outdoor living. Whether you're looking to ski/snowboard at Granby Ranch and/or Winter Park, paddle-board at Grand Lake, take in a round of golf at Grand Elk, or if you're just seeking a relaxing weekend away with friends and family, we're confident your stay will be one to remember.

The space

The home is designed to bring people together in the large open common spaces, while giving each guest privacy when needed.

Even the most discerning of chefs will fall in love with the large kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, where any meal can be prepared for large groups.

The main living areas, including living room, loft, and back patio are wired for sound from the central sound system, including built-in speakers, and in-wall controls to adjust source and volume.

The outdoor spaces not only offer magnificent views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, but you can enjoy the hot-tub, firepit, and horseshoe pit as well. The patio includes a large dining table that will comfortably seat 6, and a gas-grill.

All 4 bedrooms are located on the main-floor, which offers greater accessibility for travelers of all ages. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a large 400+ sqft loft, which includes 4 twin beds, and also functions as a rec/play room, or a place to escape and relax with a movie.

Bedroom #1 (Master) Main floor. Includes King bed, 2x nightstands, attached master-suite, with shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and dual vanities. Master suite also has attached east-facing deck, with private entrance.

Bedroom #2 Main floor. Includes Queen bed, 1x nightstand, closet, views to the east of Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Shares Jack-N-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3 Main floor. Includes Queen bed, 2x nightstands, closet, views to the west. Shares Jack-N-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #2.

Bedroom #4 Main floor. Includes Queen bed, 2x nightstands, closet, views to the west. Private 3/4 bath, with single vanity.

Loft / Bedroom #5 Second floor (above laundry and garage). Includes 4 Twin beds, as well as a large couch, TV, and 2x reading nooks.
