My thoughts on Carnival Jubilee.
1. She is big.
2. She is beautiful.
3. The casino has a very small smoking side. The rest of the casino is nonsmoking. You have to walk through the casino on deck 7 to get anywhere. I tried to always choose the nonsmoking side.
4. Lines are going to be a thing. Make sure you pack your patience. You will need it.
5. Shaq’s Big Chicken overtakes Guy’s Burgers as my favorite fast food place. That sauce has something in it.
6. Food was hit and miss. I’m not fond of the new MDR menus. The steak house rocked as always. The Chef’s Table was amazing. Chibang was okay. Didn’t like the Italian place at all. I wish that Guy’s Burgers and Big Chicken stayed open later. Not many options to eat at after 6. I missed the cakes that they used to serve in the buffet. There wasn’t much of a selection at the buffet.
7. Embarkation and disembarkation were fast and easy.
8. Very few times did I feel crowded. I could always find a spot to sit.
9. Elevators were small. I did find that the forward elevators were not near as busy as mid. I never had to wait for very long for an elevator.
10. I still enjoy being high up and forward. Deck 17 was always quiet.
11. Cabins are smaller than on other Carnival ships. The bathroom is tiny. I compare it to a rv bathroom. Which is what everyone has been saying on reviews.
12. I would definitely sail on her again without any qualms.
