It’s a great weekend for a drive, better yet, a drive with a narrated tour. We have 5 separate tours around Oregon and most recently, Crater Lake!

Do you still take road trips in the winter? We do! If ya didn’t know, we host a new public Facebook group ‘Oregon Road Trips’ that is a place to connect with all those interested in the open road, where to go and what to do!…

🐟😳 Our 10 day Oregon road trip has already shown us some wonders we could never have imagined. Nature asked, “would you like to see steelhead spawning with bald eagles overhead?” We answered, “Yes, thank you!” As the John Day River is the longest undammed River in Oregon, we learned that these fish swim and jump hundreds of miles upstream to do their instinct thing and it is as impressive as you can imagine!…

We are so pleased to re-release our driving tour of the McKenzie River Scenic Byway post-Holiday Farm Fire!
By working with the McKenzie River Chamber of Commerce, we were able to create an interwoven story of a destructive fire, undisturbed landmarks and a resilient community.
We appreciate your support in sharing posts like these to spread the news of this self-guided experience to be had down Highway 126. The community really benefits from continued tourism... and the audio tour is FREE!
Rack cards announcing this (that include a free postcard) are available to share, just send us a message and we will get them to you. Pics below.
If you’re heading down Highway 126 AKA the McKenzie River Scenic anyway, pick up a copy of the McKenzie Magazine! We love supporting this amazing group of local folks and advertising our free app that highlights stories about the area. For a digital copy of the magazine: https://issuu.com/wpdigitalpublications/docs/_21_mck_sum_mag
🚣♀️🦦😎 Wish we were here right about now! It’s getting hot in the valley which means it is a perfect time to be out on that water. And there is nothing better than a trip down the mighty McKenzie!

What would our last year have been without our puppies? Impossible. Ellie (our little black dog) is the newest addition to the TA team and is seen here at 7 months old braving the cold waters of Waldo Lake! Otter is about 1.5 years in this pic and just LOVES all our stops with water. They can’t wait for summer TA adventures in 2021. Thanks to all pups for being the best companions!

Have you guys seen the new updates to our app? Arrows, the GPS positioner... it just keeps getting better!
If you are looking to do something on this upcoming rainy weekend, our app is STILL free and shares stories down the North Santiam Canyon (hwy 22) for Salem area folks and McKenzie River Highway (126) for Eugene area.
We love feedback so let us know what you think!
Hussey in Dallas, Oregon!
There are many reasons to love Dallas, Oregon. Here is Andrew showing off his mad medley skills at Pressed Coffee Roasters Cafe in Dallas last year, a great food and coffee location downtown.
Dallas, Oregon, is also awesome because of their support with our grant! Thank you to BOTH the city and the visitors center!

Yesterday we submitted two Willamette Valley Visitors Association grant applications for producing audio guide routes in the Willamette Valley. Each application requires 3 letters of support. We received 8 in total.
Over the next few days, we are highlighting all of our supporters, no matter what the outcome of the grant. Thank you for believing in our product and guides!
Moonlight River Band
So excited to camp and hang out and listen to our friends Moonlight River Band this weekend out in Central Oregon! Follow them to catch future shows or better yet, join us this weekend!
Otter's First Lake
Yesterday, we went in search of the mysterious hole that drains Lost Lake each spring like a bathtub drain. We sadly didn’t find the drain (because of snow blocking road) BUT we did discover that our six month old puppy named Otter does love the water! Thank goodness we don’t have to change his name...
Has anyone seen the mysterious drain in Lost Lake???
We tell you where to find the lake on our audio guide tours this summer!

Sneak peak!
What exactly are we doing? And how do we do what we do?
We started designing these guides back in the fall of 2018. After we decided our initial routes, we went out and recorded all the twists and turns along the way using our GoPro Hero 7. Since those fun days of road trips and recording our way through Central Oregon, we've been writing, editing, narrating, and programming to make sure you have the ultimate road trip experience this summer.
Of course your experience will be live action, not simulated like this snippet of the McKenzie River drive. We can't wait to share more with you and be a part of your summer adventures!

Behind the Scenes
Our first product will be a location aware audio guide that takes you around our home: the Cascade Mountain Region of Oregon. Using the Together Anywhere Audio Guides app on your phone, simply start driving and experience our favorite stories, activities and conservation tips. We can not wait to share our audio guide with you just in time for your summer road trip.
Here we take you behind the scenes of our process, building routes and creating tracks. #youradventureisready June 2019!
