IMPORTANT INFORMATON REGARDING THE RALLY

We've had several inquires, so let me answer the most commonly asked

- Launches are scheduled to take place at 6 PM FRIDAY, 6 AM and 6 PM SATURDAY, and 6 AM SUNDAY.

- We cannot fly unless the conditions are right, so please be patient if balloons do not go up RIGHT on schedule. We will make every effort to fly, even if that means flying late, but ultimately we are at the mercy of Mother Nature.

- We will post updates on FB, IG, and TWITTER. As soon as we have an update, they will be posted.

- Ride prices are set by the balloon pilots, but range from $200-$300.

- PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS TO THE RALLY!!!!!!!!! We say this every year, but it's worth repeating. We love our 4 legged friends as much as you do, but it is too crowded, and it always happens that someone accidentally steps on a dog, and it's a big deal. Not to mention, it's usually very hot, and if it's hot for you, imagine how your dog under all their fur feels. We appreciate you, but the rally is NOT pet friendly.

- Aftrerglow will be Friday at dusk, Fireworks will be Saturday at Dusk.

- There is very limited handicap parking at the park. Once that is full, there is No more parking in the park. Please use shuttle buses at Northern lights Plaza on the east side of Wellsville or the Tops plaza on the west side of Wellsville.

Join us this weekend for the Red, White and Blue Balloon launch! Wind and weather-permitting, approximately 20 balloons will be flying this Memorial Day Weekend over the beautiful 🤗 We want to remind you that we are HIGHLY SENSITIVE TO WIND AND WEATHER. Note that reasons for flight cancellations could include, but are not limited to, surface winds higher than about 6mph. So whether or not the balloons fly could be a “game time” decision. All launches will take place at the “Archery Field”, near the Big Bend overlook. The schedule will be as follows:

* * Friday May 27 Evening launch at approximately 6pm

* * Saturday May 28 Sunrise launch at approximately 6am

* * Saturday May 28 Evening launch at approximately 6pm (Demonstration by Rochester skydivers at 5pm—please keep field clear)

* * Sunday May 29 Sunrise launch at approximately 6am

* * Sunday May 29 Evening launch at approximately 6pm (Demonstration by Rochester Skydivers at 5pm—please keep field clear)

* * Monday, MEMORIAL DAY, May 30 Sunrise launch at approximately 6am

~ Please note that the park does charge an entrance fee between the hours of 9am-5pm.

~ Depending on internet access, we will do our best to keep our IG and FB up to date with flight status.

~ All balloon rides are booked through Balloons Over Letchworth, and there may be a few spaces still available. Ride info at balloonsoverletchworth.com. But it is spectacular to just come, experience the beauty of the park and to watch so many balloons launch from inside the park for the first time in 3 years! We are so looking forward to it, and hope you will join us!

Just a reminder that The DejaVu Balloon team will be participating in the Red, White and Blue Balloon Festival at Letchworth State Park Memorial Day Weekend. Come on out for a flight, a day or the whole weekend and join us in the fun! We could use the help. One of the team is recovering from surgery and we will need all the help we can get.
