In Spain, a short climb is required to the ramparts of the military fortress of Bateria de Castillitos to admire the spectacular view overlooking the bay of Cartagena and the peaks of the Sierra de la Muela. Built in the 1930s to resemble a medieval fortress, the site has rock turrets and enormous cannons. You’ll be seduced by the historical side and sublimated by the view!

Sent our kids’ passports off at the end of May and they should be delivered this week. Took almost 7 weeks so keep that in mind if planning international travel. ✈️ 🚢

New discount for fall and holiday travel to Walt Disney World!

Starting on June 27 guests can save up to 30% on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels for stays most nights from November 24 to December 25, plus, other savings for stays most Sunday to Thursday nights between October 6 to November 21.

Plus, guests can also get free Park Hopper option added to their tickets when they upgrade to a Walt Disney Travel Company package that includes a non-discounted 4-day or longer date-based ticket.

If you already have a reservation, I'll check to see if this discount can be applied. For anyone else interested in planning a fall/holiday visit to Walt Disney World, fill out the applicable parts of my quote request form in the comments and I'll get you additional information!
