Things to know before you go.

Currency Exchange: Research the local currency and plan how you will access and manage your money. Consider using a credit card that doesn't charge foreign transaction fees or exchanging currency before you leave. It is usually better to have the vendor card in the local currency the credit card company usually has a better exchange rate than the vendor. Double check with your credit card company to confirm.

This is just one of the little tips we talk to our clients about as they prepare for their trip. Let us know in the comments your go to suggestion for exchanging US Dollars to a foreign currency.
