One of our favorite cocktails to come out of our recipe lab. Rye Whiskey with an Aperol-infused Ice Ball. If you're not familiar, after all is a bitter orange Italian aperitif. It slightly bitter and lightly sweet. And it's a great secret ingredient for tons of cocktails. To Make Aperol Ice Ball: Add 1 ounce of Aperol to your Whiskey Ice Co Ice Mold, add 6 ounces of filtered water and fill to the top of the logo with Blood Orange San Pellegrino. Stir gently to combine and freeze solid and then form an ice ball using your Whiskey Ice Co. One of the best concoctions we cooked up during our World's Simplest series. Smoked Honey Margarita 2 oz Blanco - we like 2 oz Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour craft cocktail starter compound ( -you can pick up some at our website) ½ oz fresh lime juice Rub a lime wedge on one side of the rim of a coupe glass, and rim with salt (we felt fancy and used Hibiscus infused Flor de Sal salt, plain sea salt works great too). Shake cocktail ingredients with ice, and strain into your coupe.
